Introduction	Neelima has around 18 yrs. of total IT experience. She has been with Oracle for more than 14 years(2001) and has held variety of positions in product development and has worked with multiple products like Oracle Internet Directory, Oracle Identity Manager, and as a Dev Manager for JVM Diagnostics (AD4J). In her latest role, Neelima is working with Oracle Enterprise Manager Strategic customer engagements, helping customers successfully deploy OEM to manage their middleware technologies.
