| Introduction | I am by no means an expert on wine, but like you I enjoy consuming it. The son of Portuguese immigrants, I have been drinking wine since I was a kid. For generations, my family has made wine for personal consumption, therefore I have always been fascinated by the cultivation and harvesting of grapes and the subsequent process of making the ruby colored delight millions of people appreciate everyday - WINE. I know what I like, and what I don't like, and when it comes to enjoying a glass of wine that's all that really matters anyway - your personal preferences. That said, I've tried thousands of wines in the past, and am completely obsessed with researching new wines/regions/grape varieties. I hope you find our writings entertaining and maybe helpful. |
