Introduction I am a social worker with an interest in travel. I like visiting places across New England, the country, and the world that offer natural and man made wonders that give visitors a place to reflect, revive, and restore their mood while appreciating solitude and the moment at hand. I think travel can be therapeutic and stressful and I can offer strategies that encourage the former while reducing the latter. My full time job as a social worker affords me many opportunities to help others and find new ways to manage stress, anxiety, and depression. It's been a long difficult journey down this path, but one that has given me rewards that far outweigh the stress. I look forward to sharing everything I've learned and continue to discover with all the readers of this blog.
