| Introduction | Cape Country Routes is a collection of privately owned guest houses, hotels, and hospitality driven establishments located en route from Cape Town to Port Elizabeth. The aim of the Cape Country Routes brochure is to bring out a collection of recognised routes throughout South Africa with easy to follow maps listing recommended places, independent accommodation establishments, unusual attractions and tours. Cape Country Routes, was started in 1997 by a group of enterprising independent hotels and country inns, to encourage visitors to explore the scenic, romantic and historic routes between Cape Town and Port Elizabeth. Properties are chosen for Character, Charm and Romance. |
