| Introduction | I am the mom of two children, ages 8 and 4. Our eight year old daughter was diagnosed with Celiac Disease over four years ago. Our household has been gluten free for nearly as long and is now moving into a dairy free phase as well. Lately she has been showing signs of tics as well. We are working hard to pinpoint the triggers both dietary and environmental and work out appropriate nutritional supplements. |
