Introduction	I like talking about drinking almost as much as I like drinking. Almost. I like talking about other things too, especially when I am drinking. My high school buddies coined the phrase Drinking about God to describe the deep philosphical conversations we had on the hoods of our cars drinking Michelob and St Pauli Girl. I have moved on from those beers, but I can still wax poetic about a drink. So think of this not as a beer blog, but a philosophical and spiritual exploration of God's greatest gift: fermentation.
