Introduction	Well lets see here, I am married and have an 8 year old daughter! I have been in the Casino Industry for over 20 years. Life handed us some lemons recently so we decided to make Lemonade! We relocated to Florida and I now work in an office. So now I actually have time to use all the things I learned over the years of working in Food and Beverage.
