| Introduction | Humorist. Comedy Workshops. Inspirational Speaker. - Kate Lyn Reiter Is an MFA graduate of the YALE School of Drama. She has written and performed character comedy and stand-up comedy in the NYC area for several. Her comedy performances include appearances on Comedy Central, Fox Network and New York City clubs, and earned her a NYC Backstage Bistro Award for Comedy Performance and a nomination for Manhattan Association of Cabarets MAC Award. Her acting credits include performing with Robin Williams and John Lithgow in the film, “The World According to Garp.” Kate Lyn’s comedy workshops have been presented in conjunction with Centenary College, Centenary Stage Company, Chester Theatre Company, Warren County Cultural & Heritage Commission, New Jersey Teen Arts, Roxbury Alliance for Arts Council. Kate Lyn is a Certified Teacher and an adjunct faculty at Centenary and WCCC, and has been a guest lecturer at the YALE Summer Drama Program Film Workshop. She is a member of AEA and The Dramatists Guild. She has directed theatre professionally and is active with The Women's Playwright Series of the Centenary Stage Company. Tangentially, she is also Six Sigma Certified. |
