| Introduction | Hi I am Jgirl, I started this blog in an effort to have an audience support me as I prepared to compete in my 7th fitness competition. I have learned to grow here, to appreciate and love myself and just use this blog as a way to share life with all of you and to get over myself and the obsession of winning the approval of a panel of judges. Life is our stage and no one gets to approve of the way we look when we live it but us...it's so much bigger than a fancy suit and a "too high" pair of heels! I love you all and hope that over time you will learn to love fitness as I have...not for the vanity of it, but rather for the joy and the peacefulness that it can bring to our weary souls..I love you all, Jena |
