Introduction	I am 45 and have been married to my bestfriend for 29yrs. I have 2 daughters ages 28 and 22. My husband and I are empty nesters and I must say I am loving that. I have been on countless diets and have not stuck to any 1 diet for very long. Now I am following the BFC and with that changing the way my mind thinks about food. This needs to be a way of life for me.
