| Introduction | I am a dedicated and enthusiastic federal government employee that has had my enthusiasm beaten out of me by trying to implement the e-Government Agenda over the past few years. In many ways, the technology is the easy part...changing the deep-rooted culture of an organisation is far more suppressive. Despite everything, I still remain dedicated to the cause and receptive towards the general principles of e-Government. I'm sure there must be a few more people out there just like me. At least, I hope so !! |
