| Introduction | S. Rich is the Dean of Students at a small NAPCIS school. Mr. Rich is a history and politics instructor by trade, training, and passion. Once upon a time, some time back now, Mr. Rich received both the Witherspoon Fellowship at Washington DC's Family Research Council and a Bava Fellowship at CSU Stanislaus. Mr. Rich and his wife take great pride in their children and 2000+ volume library, which lines the wall of the basement. The library is still in infancy, just like our boys. |
