| Introduction | Born in Santiago, Cuba in the Golden Age of Cuban culture right before Castro's Revolution. Raised stateside but with strong familial and cultural ties. I have seen my country's culture second hand and feel that the Patrimony of our culture will die unless we all take steps to preserve and revive it. A country's cuisine is the soul of its people.
