Introduction	I teach 7th grade English at the greatest middle school in California. As the life of a teacher is very draining, I find solace, and my creative outlet through cooking. Ina Garten is my cooking role model, and I enjoy learning new techniques from her. Her show on The Food Network is the perfect, soothing end to my stressful days. I am also the proud parent of a beautiful- but bad- Bengal cat girl, Cavalli, and a new baby boy, Gusteau the poodle. I am always on the lookout for little ways to bring glamour into my otherwise hectic life, and ways to appreciate beauty in whatever form I may find it.
