Introduction	We are a grassroots coalition dedicated to stopping the proposed privatization of GHI & HIP. A change to for-profit status would put 4 million New Yorkers, including 500,000 NYC workers, in danger of facing higher premiums, denials of access to care or even losing their coverage entirely. We view healthcare as a human right and will use all available non-violent forms of protest to win this right.
