My blogs
| Introduction | David was born in Florence, Italy, in 1981. He received his BA in Diplomatic History from the University of Pennsylvania in 2004, and his MA in Italian from UNC-Chapel Hill in 2007, with a thesis on Dante and Yeats. He is currently completing his doctoral coursework. His main interests include Dante, Boccaccio, medieval allegory, modern lyric poetry (Baudelaire, Poe, Shelley, Montale, to name a few) and meta-literature. David doesn't know the difference between XML and SGML, not even what they stand for, but he knows the difference between anaphora and anadiplosis, as well as the etimology of both words. |
