| Introduction | I am on a journey of self-discovery and fulfillment. I am seeking to make my dreams become reality. I started this journey by going back to university and receiving my degree in agriculture. For the last few years I have been working for a biotech company in canola research but it is time for me to move on. I have dreamed for as long as I can remember to work on international agriculture development projects. Even though I am close to my family and friends I am leaving them to continue my journey half way across the world. My intent is to help others but I have a feeling I will learn more from them than they may learn from me... And learn from them I did! In those short months I learned so much about myself, strengths and weaknesses I did not know I had and reinforced in me how fortunate I am to be from Canada and to have the opportunities and freedoms I have. So now I am continuing on, still dreaming and figuring out how to make it all come true. |
