| Introduction | I started writing when I was seventeen. I had dreams and told stories to several friends of mine. They all loved how I could draw them into my stories. When I was nineteen I got in a relationship with someone who was not good. I had over have of three manuscripts completed and he destroyed them in a fit of rage. I had a son with him in 2003. I thought being a father would change him, but he got mad because he couldn't sleep when the baby was sick. That was it, I had to protect my child. We were separated and finally divorced in 2005. I didn't write for several years because I was devestated by the loss of my books and I focused on trying to put my life back together. A couple of years ago family and friends inspired me to start writing again. I wrote a new and better version than I ever thought possible. It was published and I had it in my hands, but then another problem rose. Only friends and family would buy it because the price was so high. So now I am fighting to get it down or get my rights back so I can find a better publisher. So we have come full circle. :) |

Glass slippers of course. Then it would change into the beautiful dress I would need. :)
