| Introduction | I am a hard working, dedicated individual that has worked in elder care for over 15 years. My career, which started in sales and marketing also expanded to operations. I was a GM of an alzheimer's facility for several years. I have worked in numerous areas of healthcare such as independent living, homecare agencies and assisted living. I also have a mother with advanced MS. I understand first hand the challenges of finding care for your parent and what it entails.
