Introduction	I am just a simple girl. I am happy but my thoughts are deep. My deepest heart is expressed most effectively through music. I have loved to sing since I was very young. I have always been a little songbird. I am currently studying music therapy, which is a form of professional therapy in which music is used to help clients and patients reach their optimal level of health. Music Therapy can improve health physically, emotionally, spiritually,and socially. Music has proven effective as a therapy in my own life and I am choosing to share the songs that have particularly touched me and that may touch others as well.
