Introduction	Hagal Farm's Blog follows all the going-ons at Hagal Holistic Health, a holistic retreat nestled on the slopes of the Maughanaclea mountains, in the picturesque Mealagh valley near Bantry, in West Cork, Ireland. Hagal Farm is owned and run by Fred and Janny Wieler. Fred runs the kitchen and the gardens while Janny comes from a teaching background (H Dip Ed). She has trained in a wide variety of therapies including Yoga, Holistic and Remedial Massage, Aromatherapy, Reiki, Energy Healing, Stress Management & Naturopathy. She has also studied Acupuncture. Reiki, Energy Healing, Stress Management & Naturopathy.
