| Introduction | What sets my Initiative apart from others is that I have developed my areas of expertise over the past 20 years through my own teaching in the classroom and food labs and as chair of the undergraduate curriculum committee in the School of Hospitality Management and Tourism at Purdue. Therefore, I am uniquely qualified to share my firsthand knowledge with others to help improve the quality of their teaching and that of student learning which simply does not hold true for others in the market. |
