Introduction	I took cake decorating 15 years ago and love making cakes for family. I’ve recently started making more cakes at the request of friends and family. I’m NOT a professional by any means. I just love making them. My experience is mostly Buttercream (which I make from scratch). However, I’m exploring with Fondant (I make that from scratch too).
