| Introduction | I'm a dreamer and a visionary. I've been dreaming all of my life. When I was a child, my favorite place to dream was under the apple tree in my back yard. It was perfect for exploring the incredible world of imaginings while watching the sky and clouds through its branches and leaves. I’d stretch my arms out wide while lying on the soft carpet of grass beneath the young tree and I would delight in all the happenings in the vast blue sky. I watched with pure delight as the wind manipulated cloud billows to form images of elephants, bears, rabbits, and other creatures. Occasionally, I would turn over, look through the thicket of grass, and imagine a rain forest with creatures stirring about. At other times, the grass became a jungle with wild animals stalking through the overgrowth. Imagination took me up the tree trunk, and I pretended to be on an expedition, climbing the tallest mountain in the world. Creativity developed and grew from this. At a very early age, I decided the world belonged to me and I was made to explore it. I'm still very much of that same mind-set today. I love learning languages, new cultures, traveling, exploring, meeting new people and making new friends. |
