Introduction	I am a home cook that enjoys trying to cook at an upper level. I am a little nuts over cooking gadgets. They see me coming at any fair I go to. I have, on more than one occasion, been described as, “a pitchman's dream“. My wife is a vegetarian which challenges me more in the kitchen. We raised five children who are now living on their own which leaves me with a number of dogs, cats, donkeys, goats and chickens. OH, lets not forget about the wife.
