| Introduction | My name is Lydia, and I am 24 years old. Due to financial burdens my wonderful husband Mitch and I are living with my parents for a time. I recently decided to quit my job (I was a nanny!) and go to school full time for medical transcription. It's going great, I really love it! I also spend lots of time with family, and I am the designated chef in our house. I did not say I can cook, but I give it my best shot! Most of my meals are fairly edible. Photography is my favorite hobby and passion. Next to that would be watching severe weather. I love lightning and tornadoes! I am constantly searching gathering storm clouds for any sign of rotation. I'm scared of them as much as intrigued with them. It makes for a complicated hobby. Well, apparently I could go on about myself for hours, so I'll leave the rest for my blog posts. |
| Interests | Oh, where to begin? Taking pictures, editing them, spending time with my family, reading, watching movies, taking road trips, laughing, eating, people-watching and making up stories about them in my head, watching storms, smelling rain, relishing the beauty in God's creation, watching the clouds, holding babies, playing with kids, swimming, scrapbooking... |
| Favorite movies | Anne of Green Gables, Pride & Prejudice, Stardust, the A-team, the Blindside, Will Ferrel movies, Cary Grant movies. Anything feel good and funny! |
| Favorite music | I listen to everything, depending on my mood. |
| Favorite books | The Bible, historical fiction, mysteries, and of course, the Twilight Saga! Favorite author at the moment is Mark Andrew Olsen who wrote the Watchers, and Warriors, both of which I just read and loved. I will pretty much read anything someone tells me is a good book! |
You've just inherited a manufacturing plant that specializes in plastics. What are you going to make?
Tons and tons of plastic bins to keep the products of my hoarding addiction in. Those things are wayyy too expensive in the store!!!
