Married for 29 years to Debbie. Three kids, Joel, 25, Elizabeth 22, and Andrea, 16. Currently writing a book on leadership in Peru. Co-founder of LinC Reasearch with Terresa Augustine. Adjunct professor at Trinity Western University. Adjunct professor at Grand Canyon University.
