| Introduction | Welcome to my blog! Let me tell you a little about myself. I was born in the U.S., in California, but was raised in Australia. My father was American but my mother was Australian. I grew up and went to school in Perth, on the west coast. When I was almost 12 years old, my family moved back to the U.S., to Idaho. I went to junior high school and high school there, and later, university. After high school I joined the U.S. Navy and served for five years. I then returned to Idaho for university. I've lived and taught in Japan for 23 years starting at an Eikawa school in Ibaraki, then gradually working my way to university work. I'm glad to have the student I have had, and will have in the future! |
