| Introduction | I am happiest in the mountains - as unplugged as possible! I have been hiking, running, and fastpacking for 30+ years, with ~100 ultra race finishes, including 26 hundred milers. My love of the outdoors began with hiking in New England. Save for a 6-year "vacation" in Coastal California, I have lived most of my adult life in the rolling hills of beautiful rural Vermont. I try to live by the "Every day's a holiday, every meal's a feast" philosophy. |
