| Introduction | APHEDA S.I is a non government organisation implementing the SKILLS project under the Solomon Island partnership aggreement (SINPA). The project establish purposely to promote the unfortunate local solomon islanders who are not fortunate to access skills training from the solomon islands formal education system to be able to access it at their own communities. The Project vision is for solomon island communities to be skillful, selfreliant, confident and sustainable societies whose people are healthy, prosperous and have informed decisions. The project mission is working for better future for local solomon islanders. This could be achieved by having partnership with community learning centres and other relevant stakeholders in the solomon islands. The project objectives are to build the capacities of the project staffs in order to implement their roles and responsibilities effectively and effieciently.
