Introduction	Traveling around the world for many years as a fashion model I became aware of delicious, but usually expensive food. Fast forward a few years and the addition of a wonderful family who love to eat about as much as I do... I've learned to replicate many of these dishes on a budget suited for a family of 6. My desire is to share my knowledge with others who also strive to make eating a wonderful experience with their family and friends. Let's also do it without having to break the budget in the process!!
