| Introduction | Steve has been a Personal Trainer for 13 years. Acheiving the highest credentials in the industry. Steve is certified through National Academy of Sports Medicine(NASM), American Councel on Exercise(ACE) International Fitness Professional Association(IFPA) and is expert Sports Nutritionist. With a list of clients that range from the Arizona Cardinal Cheerleaders to running the corporate fitness program for Turbo Resources a major company in the Phoenix metro area. Steve has clients in Los Angeles that fly him out 2xs per week to work them out. Steve has also been a Track & Field coach for 9 years currenly coaching at Valley Christian High School for the last 7 years. Steve's personal acheivements in sports have taken him to the top in Natural Body Building. Attaining a NGA pro card in 2000. Steve is also a national champion 400m track and field runner clocking a time of 46.4 in that event before injuries side lined him. Steve is currently and elite cyclist competing in 25 road races per year. |
