Introduction	I am here to be a voice for anyone who has been a victim of Illegal Street Racers and Excessive Speeders. They're killing innocent people everyday. We need to bring awareness to this worldwide problem. If you see someone Breaking the law, Street Racing Or just speeding call 911 report it; you could be saving a life. Daniel Kevin Espinoza {Danny}, his gross negligence took the LIFE of an Innocent Person, Dorothy Anne Walter. If someone had just reported the street racing, Dorothy would still be alive today.
