| Introduction | Marla is the President of Benecaid. Prior to joining Benecaid, Marla spent more than twenty years in the financial services industry, including as partner and director of Newcrest Capital and senior vice president and director of Midland Walwyn Capital. Marla earned her MBA at the Schulich School of Business and is a Chartered Financial Analyst. She has been an active community participant with the Hospital for Sick Children, Mount Sinai Hospital, and Upper Canada College. Marla is a Past Director of the Toronto CFA Society, and a member of the Advisory Board of the Museum of Contemporary Canadian Art. For the last two years Marla has been recognized as one of Canada’s Top Women Entrepreneurs by Profit Magazine. |
