| Introduction | I grew up surrounded by beauty on Wolfe Island. I've wanted to be a photographer for as long as I can remember, having been given my first camera at the tender age of 10! (A red 110 with a flash cube!) I started photographing weddings in 2001 after my own wedding. I loved my pictures, but hated the fact that they were so posed. I wanted more of a photojournalistic feel to my wedding. I am a huge fan of natural light and use it whenever possible. But I am in the process of trying to find studio lighting. I like to photograph people in their natural element - at home, the park, the beach - somewhere that everyone is comfortable. I have 2 boys, Chase & Cole, and they are my constant photo session - much to their dismay. Chase has recently received HIS first camera - digital of course. :) He is very talented and I will post some of his work on my site as I get it moved from his camera to my computer. Keep checking!! |
