| Introduction | Welcome to my blog! My name is Quiana. Many people call me Coach Quiana. I am a Christian, the spouse of an active duty member of the United States Air Force, a Beachbody Coach, and trying to test the blog-world realm. My first love above and beyond anything else is the Lord! He has rescued me and gives me hope, love, comfort, and most of all salvation. Second in line is my family. I have a wonderful husband, an adorable fur-baby, and a loving family back home in Idaho. Lastly, I love health and fitness and truly believe that the Lord has given me a passion for helping people in his realm. I was once overweight, miserable, and looking for a way out. I have battled with anorexia and being overweight, so I've seen both ends of the spectrum. I can tell you that I was unhappy in both states. It wasn't until I found balance that I found happiness. My goal is to help you find the right balance! |
