However, when negotiation is not an option, he vigorously pursues his clients' cases through courtroom trials. Mr. Morgan is a NCDRC certified Superior Court Mediator and an approved Arbitrator for the Wake County District Courts. He is a member of the North Carolina Association of Professional Family Mediators. Mr. Morgan is married and has two young children.
