| Introduction | Life Care Center Lusanja Limited is a community-based health facility located in Lubatu Zone, Kyamuwangaza Road, Kiteezi, Wakiso District, Uganda. Since opening in 2018, we have been committed to providing affordable, accessible, and compassionate healthcare services to underserved communities. Our work focuses on outpatient care, maternal and child health, family planning, HIV/AIDS education, and community outreach. After a temporary closure due to financial constraints, we are now reopening with renewed purpose — ready to serve, educate, and uplift the health of our people. |
