| Introduction | Author of The Perfect Catch. Great fly fishing with elderly father and adult brothers. Dad reeled in the perfect catch, but we reeled in each other as men, brothers and family. I'm also the author of Follow the Dog Home. To say a lot in a little, my German Shepherd, Beverly, led us back to where my elderly father lived as a baby. Dad never knew he lived there until we found a picture of him sitting on the stoop with his first dog. 70 years later the little boy went back "home" with new dogs and his own family to recreate the photo. It is absolutely darling. When I'm not writing, I'm covering the Boston sports scene on TV. The greatest moment was covering the Boston Bruins Stanley Cup run and being the winning locker room. |
