| Introduction | I am in my 2nd year taking GID and ART classes - Graphic Design, color, composition and different drawing classes. My background is Fine Art - Glass Design and Sculpture. I worked as a Studio Artist in The Netherlands for several years before I moved to the Bay Area in 2000. Raising a family and at the same time being creatively busy with a Design/Art career is a challenge - so I decided to take a break and concentrate on the family. As I feel I can take more time for myself now, I am returning to my creative roots. It is an exiting journey into the world of 2D and hopefully into a professional life in Design - Graphic and Web. As it were - I took a webdesign class back in 1999 (Dreamweaver1) and designed a few sites, feeling like double guessing a lot of the time. I am looking forward to another excitingly creative quarter with a lot of great designers! |
