| Introduction | I have been a chair caner over 12 years. My grandmother taught me the joy of crafting and weaving when I was eight and I have learned many different craft forms over the years. Slowly my crafting and art ability evolved into learning to weave in several forms, including chair caning. I find great joy in bottoming chair seats. You may not have a chair that needs seatweaving at this time, but know someone who does. Please pass my site to them and I will be more than happy to help them. I enjoy restoring seats in the chairs and seeing an item that was in tatters become a beautiful piece of furniture once again. I also enjoy numerous other forms of arts and crafts, including drawing and painting. My favorite sport is baseball and enjoy camping with the family. |
