| Introduction | As you can see, I look remarkably like the late Jon Pertwee playing Dr Who. Unlike the great Doctor, I am not a Time Lord. Just a bloke in a cloak. For a joke. OK? My all-time favourite rock album is THE WHO BY NUMBERS, by The Who. Quite a coincidence, really. I am one of the fifty million counted by W.H.O., listed in their alphabet, the same one used by Shelley, Sheila's Wheels, and Shakespeare, in shanties and the shouts of rock fans in arenas, translated into I don't know how many languages, to be read by you, dear reader, whoever you may be. |
