| Introduction | Alex and I met our 5th year at Texas A&M and got married August of '04. Alex, an officer in the US Navy, was living in Charleston, SC so I moved there with him after we got married. We were there 6 more months and then moved to Groton, CT. We spent 3 years there while Alex served on the USS San Juan (SSN 751). (This is a submarine for those who don't know.) Our two children, Lily and John, were born in CT but my Dad made sure that we had dirt from our land in Madisonville under my bed in the delivery room to ensure they were true Texans since they were born over Texas soil! :) God (via the Navy) has now brought us to Centreville, VA where we are on our shore tour. We haven't decided if God would have us stay in or get out so we'll keep you updated. All in all, Alex and I desire to serve the Lord in all we do. We pray that God would use us to show Christ to our children and all those around us. |
