Introduction	Hello, I'm Rose Mancuso and I write Simply South of Boston to share all of the great events, businesses, great food/recipe ideas from members of the community, places to visit, and things people do in and around the South Shore. I just started Simply South of Boston in 2010. I have been a Real Estate Agent on the South Shore for 7 years and I come across some amazing people, places, and local businesses that I think people need to hear about. As a mom I want to know all of the fun events going on in and around the communities of the South Shore. As an a Real Estate Agent I want people to know the actual market statistics and be informed with the latest news in real estate. I spent over seven years as a real estate agent, teaching classes to real estate agents , and I love to have fun with family and friends. I grew up in Hingham, live in Weymouth, and my office is located in Braintree.
