Introduction	Alisa Gaylord is the Founder and Owner of Gaia Baby Food in Portland, Oregon. Currently, she teaches families how to make their child's food from beginning stages through preschool age. She is the mama to Ethan, 4 years, and Claire, 2 years. Her children were and continue to be the inspiration for her business. She believes that feeding your little ones is not merely kid food, but rather food for the whole family. Bringing families back to the table while eating seasonal, local food. It's not about creating special meals for them, rather giving them flavorful, healthy options. Alisa has been featured on Better TV nationally, and AM Northwest locally showing families how to make delicious handmade baby food. In addition, The Oregonian, Metro Parent Magazine, and NW Kids Magazine have written features about her company, Gaia Baby Food. She currently writes a monthly food column for NW Kids Magazine.
