Introduction Anyone who knows me well enough knows I am a health nut. Even though I am no skinny-mini I am committed to living an active, healthy life-style. I love to run, hike and do just about anything active. I am also very passionate about healthy cooking and strongly believe you can eat healthy without depriving yourself. This blog is dedicated to sharing my tips that have helped me lose over 80 lbs 5 years ago and most recently another 15.
