| Introduction | I am a very fortunate 41 year old guy that has an adorable wife that does all of the hard stuff and always has time left over to spend with her family. We have 2 wonderful kids. Tanner is almost 3 years old and does he ever keep us on our feet. Maya / Sister is going to be 1yr old this week. She is easy going and always ready to go on a walk with her Mom, Dad and Big Brother. I purchased my first mobile home over 21 years ago and have been actively investing in manufactured housing both in parks and on their own land every sense. For the last 6 years my full time occupation has been spent specializing in Brokering and Financing Manufactured Homes, both in Parks and on land. I hope that through this Blog I can help both the people that have stellar credit and income and the people that are struggling.
