Introduction	I am a 29-year Air Force veteran and a captain for American Airlines. I am also an entrepreneur and small business owner. In my Air Force career and as a commercial pilot, I have seen much of the world and I can say without a doubt that despite all our problems, America is still the greatest country in the world. When I was a teenager I took an oath to serve and even though I’m no longer in the military, I still hold strong to that oath. I see serious challenges that threaten the very foundations of this country and I believe it’s time for new ideas and new leadership in Congress to meet those challenges. I believe I can break the cycle of partisan bickering, and drive reasonable solutions to the very serious problems we face as a country.
