Introduction My name is Rebecca and I created this blog because I had a baby 10 1/2 months ago and I’ve lost the 50 something extra lbs I gained, but I need some serious toning and I want to be in the best shape of my life. I successfully screwed up my hips and back in the duration of my pregnancy and so they need the most strength training while my tummy, butt and thighs need the most toning. I’m no fitness guru or nutritionist, so I’m taking a real approach to my workouts and what I’m eating. I’m hoping this blog will give me a little accountability as well as support from friends and family. Heck who knows, I’m might even motivate someone along the way! So if you have any suggestions I’d love for you to post them, I’m always in need of a little advice when it comes to this kind of stuff.
