Introduction	HR Manager with an Insurance Company in Milan, Italy. CIPD Part-qualified and Licentiate Member. Chartered Management Institute Associate Member (ACMI). Have a background in Management and in teaching Law, Economics, Marketing and Communication. Graduated in Banking and Insurance Science in 1991. Have a Certificate in Business, issued by the Central Connecticut State University in 1998 and a Certificate in Recruitment and Selection Practice, CIPD, issued by the Hammersmith Ealing and West London College, in 2008, London. Awarded Student of the Year, for this course, by the CIPD West London Branch. CIPD Leadership Standards qualification achieved at the Croydon Higher Education College - HRM PGDip. Definitely love travelling and have lived for some time in Dublin, London, Paris and Shanghai. I’m able to speak English, French some Spanish, some Mandarin and, hopelessly, struggling to speak some German. With a glorious past of sport (Tennis, Volley-ball, Basket-ball and Fencing), although in good shape, I’m now living a definitely less vibrant life from this point of view.
